Tom Garrett is a PhD chemist and a graduate of Harvard Business School.  He is a 3rd generation member of the Garrett family who own the Mission Rubber Inc. group of companies, including Purosil and its subsidiaries.  Tom has served as CEO of Purosil since 2008 and founded the Indian and European Purosil locations.

Andrew Garrett holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been working since 2011 in industrial automation and hose development.  He is a 4^th generation member of the ownership family.  As CTO, Andrew oversees the technical development of Purosil globally, and has also managed Purosil’s subsidiary in India since 2020.

Garrett Richardson is a Marketing and Sales Management professional with over 20 years’ experience for multiple companies within the Mission Rubber Inc. group.  He is a 4^th generation member of the ownership family.  Garrett has served as Managing Director of Purosil B.V. in the Netherlands since 2022, overseeing European sales and operations.
