MEDIUM AND HEAVY TRUCKS

Purosil works with our truck customers to collaborate on designs of Silicone hoses and complete hose assemblies for both Internal Combustion (ICE) and Battery Electric (BEV) engines.   We’ve performed accelerated lifecycle dynamic testing on our hoses to prove their durability over many hundreds of thousands of vehicle miles, in both freezing temperatures, and the high temperatures and pressures seen in a turbo ICE.   We manufacture hoses and assemblies to meet the demands of Euro 6 and 7 emissions standards as well as those of the US EPA.   Our IATF 16949 certification at both our California and India factories allows us to supply the highest quality hoses to any global Truck OEM.
